FYI: New Fashion Find

Just to let you know...I found this at Target.  Yes, Target! 




Doesn't it remind you of this top from J. Crew from last year?



And (for those of you who are vertically challenged like me) they carry petite sizes on-line :)

I saw these at Target and they are even cuter in real life than in pictures! If you can believe it. . . D looked doubtful that I could pull it off ... He's a little less excited about the new ruffle trends than I am!! :)
